Choosing the right Le Verre de Vin system 

Once you have decided which type of preservation technology you require:...

  • 'Single' still wine only?
  • 'Single' sparkling wine/champagne only?
  • or 'Dual' still wine & Champagne?

...you will need to consider which system will best fit your business.

 

Below you will find examples of each installation option available with our stand alone Le Verre de Vin systems to help you decide which will best fit your requirements. Remember, all of our stand alone preservation systems have been designed in such a way to enable you to retro-fit the equipment into your existing bar.

Le Verre de Vin 'Classic'

Wall Mounting

The standard fixing for a 'Classic' system. The mounting plate (supplied) can be secured to any wall or pillar. To allow bottles to be presented for resealing, there must be at least 400mm (16") from the underside of the system to the bar top / work surface.

Column Mounting

The column mounting is fixed directly to the bar top allowing you to retain the visual impact of the 'Classic' system when no suitable wall space is available.

90 degree mounting bracket

The 90 degree bracket allows you to fix your Le Verre de Vin 'Classic' system to any side facing wall / shelving unit whilst retaining a customer facing installation and easy access to the system.  

 

 

Le Verre de Vin 'Compact'

Under Bar Fixing

The standard fixing for a 'Compact' system. The mounting place can be secured to the underside of any wooden* bar top / shelving unit. There must be at least 400mm (16") of free space from the underside of the system to allow bottles to be presented for resealing.
Counter Top Fixing
 
 
Where an undercounter installation is not possible, the surface mounting plate enables the 'Compact' system to be installed on any wooden* counter top.
 
 
*The bar must be made of a material which can be drilled and screwed into.

 

 

Le Verre de Vin 'Tower'

Freestanding Counter Top Fixing
 
The standard fixing for Le Verre de Vin Tower systems. The Tower base plate is screwed to the bar top with minimal space required.  
Counter Top Fridge Mounting

Tower units can be mounted alongside existing or new counter top refrigeration to create bespoke 'by the glass' cabinets. The height of Tower units can be adjusted to match that of the cabinet. 

 
Under Bar Fixings
(free standing or fridge mounted)
 
 
The optional 'under bar' Tower housing enables you to exploit space available under the bar. The under bar Tower can be mounted alongside wine refrigeration cabinets / shelving or installed as a stand alone product.
