We are looking for an individual who is educated to A-Level standard and who, with training, will be able to confidently carry out a diverse range of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

At a glance your role will involve the following:
- Answering and distributing incoming telephone calls
- Creation of Sales and Purchase invoices
- Order processing
- Scheduling and diary management for field service team
- UK and international freight logistics
- Office management
- Maintain and update customer records
- Booking travel arrangements
- Assist with sales and marketing mailouts
- General office duties including filing, post, photocopying, records management etc.
Opportunities for progression are plentiful across UK and International markets for the successful candidate.
The ideal candidate will have excellent literacy and numerical skills and a friendly and professional telephone manner. They will also be familiar with Microsoft programmes including Excel, Word and Outlook. They will ideally have had some experience with sales and purchase orders and invoicing, although this is not essential as full training will be given.
Having a flexible attitude and a willingness to carry out a diverse range of duties on a day to day basis is vital, as is attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
