The Restaurant Show returned for its 29th year from the 2nd to the 4th October 2017. The Restaurant Show is the UK’s largest and most comprehensive trade show; with 1-2-1 expert advice, from the most relevant people in the industry, 50 seminars where you could hear about contemporary design trends, customer service secrets, design tips and techniques, and much more.
The Bermar Collection returned for another year to present its world’s leading still and sparkling wine preservation systems… and boy did they impress! We took the opportunity to demonstrate our unique technology to hundreds of visitors across the 3 days; from the Le Verre de Vin Compact – for operators limited on bar space, to the Pod Bar – that truly shows off the wines you have on offer in sleek stainless-steel refrigeration.
We welcomed our existing customers to the stand too, with a glass of perfectly preserved fizz and an introduction to our referral programme. Renowned celebrity chef Brian Turner CBE also returned to the stand after enjoying himself so much last year! Brian spent time with the Bermar Team at the Fizz Station and also welcomed visitors onto the stand, of course enjoying a glass of Champagne whilst doing so!
