We have been using Bermar preservation systems in our business now for many years and there are a number of reasons why we think it is a vital piece of equipment for any leisure industry company.

The machines work tirelessly and I can can count on one hand, over around a dozen installations in our group, the times we have had to place a service call.

We get around 10 days to two weeks preservation, sometimes a little more, on still and sparkling wines which enables us to give our customers a great choice of wines by the glass whilst simultaneously insulating us from wastage.

It is a very affordable system and we looked at the whole range of other solutions on the market but we found the Le Verre de Vin product discreet, cheap to run, easy to use and as I have already mentioned, extremely reliable.
